Chris Torres was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, where he currently resides. He has been tattooing professionaly since 1996. He has worked at many shops throughout Manhattan, and Brooklyn. He owned, and tattooed out of a shop called “Alphabet City Studios” on avenue ‘A’ from 1998-2003. He was an illustration major for two years at F.I.T., and is licensed by the NYDH (New York Dept. of Health). He specializes in custom work, and custom lettering, and is available by appointment only.
